Will a pre-D.O. student who shadows a M.D. have problems gaining acceptance to a D.O. Medical School?

Who's going to write you the letter of rec? If it's the MD, then that's no problem.

I shadowed an MD (general surgeon) before I even knew i was Pre-DO...he wrote me my recs, and I got in.
