My undergrad is in English and Middle Easter Studies, Idk what I was thinking at the time. Since then my plans have changed a lot. I am pursuing my local DPT program, getting information, looking at pre-req's and trying to decide if I can do this. My mother seems to think I should work as a PTA before I do into a DPT program but around my area that means going to school for 2 years to get my PTA and then working and then DPT which I think seems a little ridiculous and chances are I wont end up pursuing my DPT. I am wondering if its possible for me to be able to come into this program from where I am, I mean I am on my way to completing the pre-req's and I like it a lot, its challenging but not in a bad way. I am wondering if anyone else has their undergrad degree in something off the wall for this field or if I'm a rarity. My boyfriend seems to think I can do anything I put my mind to and I'm a bit more of a realist so I just need some input from others. Did you work while you were in DPT school ? is that even possible? scholarships? I have a 3.0 right now what was your GPA when you were accepted?
Any advice is welcome I am trying to get my bearings right now and very happy to have found this forum.

Happy reading! 🙂 If you still have questions you cannon find the answer to, you are welcome to start a thread over in pre-PT.
