Pre-Pharmacy Math Question

So since the semester ended i had a question about what math class i should take to get it over with.
I already know that I'm going to Major in Biology etc..
I know that Pre-Pharmacy requires a lot of Science classes and Calc.

Question is : Will Applied Calculus work or do i need to take 1 semester of Calc 1?

Thanks =) Yea i was wondering I'm fine with both but i heard its a class to weed out incapable students not sure if its true but it does seem like it.

Calc 1 is not meant to be a weed out class. I would say Linear Algebra (Junior/ Senior level) is a weed out class but most people never make it that far.
