Take the SAT junior year. Get into a decent state school. Use all the AP credits your school allows you to use, just make sure to take upper division classes as well. You don't need the subject tests. As far as pre-med goes, take your prerequisites, get clinical experience, and volunteer a bit. Rock your MCAT, and rock your interviews. It really is that easy.
