Hi, I'm thinking of taking 1 pre-req (biochem) in my final yr. Do dent schools care about this since I haven't finished the course by the time I submit my application? Thanks.

no, they don't care when you take the course, as long as you have fulfilled the requirements BY the time you matriculate. Usually though, people would rather have finished most of the prereqs before applying, and would have a few left to finish on the last year. So you are fine, don't worry. Good luck.

I took Biochem and physics after I applied.

Schools I've talked with say that they just want the pre-reqs finished before starting dent school. Both also said they discourage people taking pre-req's the summer before entering dent school.
