Pre Req - Non Science Background

Frnds,

I have a question related to the pre. reqs. I have a background in Engineering and have been working for last 3 yrs... now I am planning to get take DAT and go back to school..I did my undergrad in India and that was the time I took Bio and Chem courses..

Do I still need to take the pre req courses??? Also, I was looking at the admission process of few schools in Boston area, thats where I live, and they ask for letter of recommendation from Science teachers... how important is that.. I am not sure where my science teachers currently are...

It might be something you contact each school about to see if they will accept those courses as pre-reqs. And yeah having LOR's from science professors is usually a big deal to most schools.
