Pre-req Predicament

So, I am in a bit of a predicament regarding the completion of my pre-reqs...see, I started completing them "late" in my college career (I'm at 5th year, graduating this spring). Upon graduation (and the onyl reason I'm doing that is because I'm running out of financial aid at my four year university), I will still have 4 more pre reqs to complete: Orgo 1 and 2, as well as Physics 1 and 2. I was going to take these coureses at a community college (Cheaper), but I am however hesistant due to fearing med schools may look down upon it given the difficulty of those classes; that is, im "copping out" by taking them at a CC.

In all of the other science classes (Chem 1+2, Anatomy, Phys, Molecular and Organismal bio) + All the labs, I have a 4.0 Science GPA. My overall GPA is a 3.9, with a major in Psychology. Any thoughts?

A lot of schools I believe would greatly prefer if you take those classes at your main university.
