Pre-req writing question

I know that dental schools need 6 hours of writing as a pre-req and I was wondering if they accept AP writing credits. I have 12 hours of AP writing and took a 3 hour class last semester and really don't want to take another writing course this semester because my schedule is already pretty busy. Thanks!

school dependent. call schools...etc, etc.....maybe ok.....blah blah....etc etc...?

Well it'll probably depend on the school. Some schools accept AP credits for the English prereq and some don't. So you'll probably have to end up calling each school individually to find out. So I guess my answer would be that you may be OK. Again, don't take my word for it, but maybe. GL! 👍
