Pre-Requisite Advice

Wanting to get advice on pre-reqs people would advise to take outside of the main required courses (chemistry, etc.) ... What med schools like seeing in addition to these more than others - like anatomy, biochemisty, microbiology.....

If you look at each school's website, it will list "recommended courses," so that's your best bet. Also, the classes you listed (+ genetics) make that list.
