I am wondering when I submit my DO school, and select pre-reqs for schools, do I select all biology courses I have taken or just two biology courses?

I only selected the required amount of credits. I was accepted so I think it was okay.

Select what you've taken that meets their requirements, that is the point of them asking. For those that ask for upper level or additional then you can add as many as you have accordingly.

Okay! Thank you to both. I have another question, can I add LORS after accomas submission? I am using interfolio, but I cannot get the email until professors submit it.

Yes you can add LORs after.
