predictive value of UWSA

hey guys, sorry if this topic has already been discussed ad nauseum, i was hoping to get some opinion abt how prognostic this UWSA #1 is.

i took step 2 ck yesterday, felt like crap afterwards, lots and lots of difficult peds questions. so today i decided to take the uwsa 1 for some closure, got less peds questions, and ended up with a predicted score of 221 (uw assessment score of 510). how would you guys interpret this score? how accurate do you think this prediction is.
