Did anyone else's med school not ever cover topics pertaining to pregnancy or neonatal pathophysiology. I'm getting my a** kicked in q-bank anytime there is a question dealing w/ what's normal and what's not normal physiology in the pregnant patient or neonate. I think there was one lecture in anatomy or physiology were we spent 15 minutes and covered neonate physiology and really that was only over the topic of blood flow. We never talked once in any class about pregnant women. Any good resources out there for a quick read on this topic for step 1?????
