About to assign my last two LORs for the Prelim/TY programs. Only problem is that most of my letters are from anesthesia attendings talking about anesthesiology. Think it's ok to submit one or two of these to the prelim programs?

No problem at all - I did the same and am getting interviews. Plus all the prelims are just looking for a warm body that will work hard - I've no doubt they can gather what they need from any of your letters, regardless which rotation they may be from
