Premed Requirements timeline

Hi everyone. I am wondering if I must have taken the premed required courses before I apply for med school?

I made a list/plan of my next three semesters that I have left and realized that I won't be able to complete Calculus course before applying for med school (I plan on taking it after I submit the applications, either one of my last two semesters).

at most schools, you can apply without having completed all the prereqs

So at most schools, as long as I complete it by the end of my senior year/graduation, I'll be fine?
