Prep: Gold Standard for DAT

Hi all. I plan on retaking my DAT in late July and having been studying for it since the beginning of April. I want to add an additional prep guide to my self-taught course and came across the Gold Standard (http://www.dat-prep.com) It contains DVD prep courses, TopScore, and a complete 4-review book.

Has anyone used the Gold Standard for the DAT? If so, how was it? How would you rate this?

I ended up buying it to see how it was. I would rate it 2.5 out of 5. I found some minor mistakes. Most of the tips they provided were found straight from this forum. However, the material over the sciences were decent. I still prefer Chad's videos over the Gold Standard. Hope this helps.

This is true to some extent because our student contributors for the book were pre-dental SDN members themselves, with above average DAT scores. Two of them had actual scores of 27/30 AA and got accepted to Harvard School of Dental Medicine. We are very grateful for their inputs during the development of our book. 🙂
