Preparation for coming back to 3rd year?

I'm wondering how everyone is doing in terms of preparation for coming back to 3rd year of medical school after a MD/PhD. Do you feel like you forgot a lot of stuff? How did you prepare coming back so you know the questions when you get pimped on rounds? Are you still able to perform at a level to honor rotations?
