All,
I'm a non-traditional student who's working FT and will be starting my prereqs this summer at a CC (only taking Chem 1/2 and Bio 1/2 at CC and will transfer to four-year program in Spring 2014) and applying for D-school in 2014; I won't take the DAT until early 2014.
In the interim, any suggestions of what I can do to prepare myself for both the prereqs and DAT? If I bought the DAT material, would proactively reviewing the material be a futile attempt given I don't have a science background? I'm currently scoping a shadowing opportunity and some volunteer opportunities, so on that front I'm fine. It's just academically/DAT that I want to get ahead of the game.
For those who have completed the prereqs and DAT-or are preparing for DAT- from a science foundation perspective, what resources can I use/read to prepare myself for this arduous journey? Thx!
