I ran out of mine, and I can't find my original word doc (which I got from a resident awhile ago). I know I've seen some good ones online but I can't find them - I thought it was on scutwork.com or stoppagingme, or a partner site, but I haven't been able to find them. Anyone happen to have the link handy? Thanks!
