Do you usually take predental courses in your indergrad? How is it viewed in your application? Do admission people ask about that?
When do you usually take your DAT prep course? I know that people take their DAT in begining of their junior year (september)? So when should I start DAT prep courses? in Sophomore year?

I think that most people do their predental while in their undergrad. There are people that do their predental courses after they graduate, however I think that most of these people start thinking of Dental School late in/ or after their coursework. When you apply, usually the year before you graduate, it is common to take the DAT that spring and summer, and to do so you usually need to have your predental courses done (with the exception of physics). The admission committee does review these grades (in addition to your other courses), and more then likely discuss these with you in an interview. When studying for the DAT, I think it is common to really start studying a few months prior to taking the test.
