HI,

After applying to my schools I will just need one stat class and the microlab to take my last semester in order to graduate. Will that make a difference in the application process? Do colleges frown upon that?

Just have the subjects that are tested on the OAT completed before taking the test, other than that it doesn't matter when classes are taken, just as long as all pre-reqs are completed by the time you enter optometry school. Nobody should frown upon you, that's not many hours left to take.
