So, I got back my verified application and noticed that one of my two college english classes got reclassified as a "other non-science" despite the fact the course counted as an advanced composition class at my undergrad school. Unfortunately, this brings my college english credit down from 7 hrs to only 4 hrs, which is below the requirements of all DO schools.

My question is how should I procceed? Should I call AACOMAS and see if they could reclassify the class as English or try to explain on secondaries that, despite the other non-science classification, the class really is an English college course?

Thanks for any help.
