Just wondering if anyone out there has taken this. I like the idea of maybe going to Ireland next year for a couple months to Locum. Throughout med school I had always banked on the fact that being a NZ grad, I would be able to get full registration by just applying, but since Ireland changed the rule last year this no longer applies for Kiwi doctors. Any help would be great.

Has no one on this site sat this exam? The Irish medical council website just doesn't give a whole lot of information about it so I'd really appreciate some first hand experience. Also with Ireland just changing it's registration laws last year and getting rid of the clause that use to let all OZ/Kiwi/South African/parts of Canada grads automatically get full registration are you guys still seeing any people from these places do locums?
