Hi folks

Any of you have rules-of-thumb you use for Rxing for these folks? Many patients with bilateral multifocal IOLs still come in with reading complaints, so some type of ADD is required. What are your experiences with the typical add you'll give these patients?

You've already got a complex optical system on the inside, so be wary of adding something complex externally.

I go almost strictly by patient's complaint/demand:
Just wants near better: Near Only SV or Shamir Office
D & N complaints: A part-time ST-28/35. PAL's only for the motivated.
