My paper was recently published this month. I wish to present my research at a few more conferences. Are we allowed to submit abstracts on published research to conferences for poster presentations? Thanks!

No. Abstracts should be unpublished work, unless it was only a previously an abstract. Once it’s a paper, the only way to present it is via an invited presentation from the conference committee/organizers.
