For future reference, let's say that my safety school sends me an acceptance letter very early on. I still have few more interviews to do, and got a couple rejections.

How soon do schools require/expect a response of committment??

From my understanding, it depends when they accept you, and it depends on the school. The later on they accept you the less time you have. I remember right, from Nova, if you're accepted during the first 'round' you have 90 days to commit, and it decreases after that.

from what ive read, if u get notified dec. 1 dont u have 45 days? to submit a dp?

The time frame for most schools last year was: If accepted on Dec. 1st = 45 days, Accepted middle of Jan. = 30 days, and from Feb. on = 14 days.

Granted each school may vary but the time frames I listed are a good rule of thumb for most schools I heard of.

Wow, okay - I wasn't aware they'd all accept students at similiar time frame!
