When we make that box listing TP, FP, etc.
What numbers would be increasing if prevalence increase (if any)?
Somehow I thought that prevalence would increase sensitivity as well as PPV. Can you explain this?

sens and spec are unique to a particular test...it doesnt change with prevalence

a test in china and a test in usa has the same sens and spec
