What career would be best for someone interested in Preventive Healthcare (i.e. working with overweight children, prevention of heart disease, etc)?? But not interested in going to med school. I already have a bachelors in Exercise Physiology but looking to further my education.

I think it would depend on what scale you want to work with these issues. If it is with populations or communities affected by these blights, then indeed go with public health.

But since you didn't specify that, I'm thinking you may mean more one-on-one type health education? If that's the case, perhaps consider becoming a certified nutritionist or a health counselor for a community organization or health clinic.
