What career would be best for someone interested in Preventive Healthcare (i.e. working with overweight children, prevention of heart disease,etc)?? But not interested in going to med school. I already have a bachelors in Exercise Physiology but looking to further my education.

Go into public health, hands down.
I think it would depend on what scale you want to work with these issues. If it is with populations or communities affected by these blights, then indeed go with public health.
But since you didn't specify that, I'm thinking you may mean more one-on-one type health education? If that's the case, perhaps consider becoming a certified nutritionist or a health counselor for a community organization or health clinic.

Look into a PhD iEpidemiology. If you're interested in the research side of things, that could be good. Otherwise: yeah, nutritionist is probably your best bet.
Also, just in case you do decide to get interested in medical school: do you know there is such a thing as a doctor of preventive medicine? It's a 2 year non-clinical residency following a transitional intern year.
