Yeah, you get a little sheet that says you sat for the exam. It doesn't have any bearing on score or documentation or anything-- I just immediately threw mine out.
I kept mine because I didn’t know if I would need it for something, like if I needed to request a rescore or report an irregular testing event or something. I doubt it would even be needed for that though. There’s plenty of other proof that you sat for the test.
