printing transcript matching forms

i've been trying to print off the transcript matching form but its not printing off the whole thing....its cutting off everything after it says 2nd Degree status on the form...
i dont know if im printing the right thing or what...how do i print it off as a pdf file?

derr i figured it out. lol blah moment.
