You should hear about an interview from BU really soon if your stats are ok.

Columbia (same day) >> University of Maryland (same day) >> University of Pittsburgh & Temple (same day or next day) >> Case (next day) >> UCSF (over weekend) >> UMKC (2-3 days) >> Nova (2-3 days) >> UPENN (I think 1-1.5 wks - NOT SURE) are fast too. UCLA seems to be the slowest 😱 and Columbia is the fastest 😉

P.S. I don't think I heard from BU very soon. I think it took them sometime to send me an invite for a regional interview. 🙄

My app was sent out on 10/14 as well, and I got emails from the same schools, the same day as well.
