Do we need to select all the correct answers for a MCQ on the PRITE exam or selecting one of the many correct answer is good enough to get the full credit for the questions.

PRITE questions are not designed to have more than one answer. Multiple answers only happen when errors are found after the test is published. So, yes, you get credit if you choose one of the correct answers. Ironically, you may not get "credit" if you mark all the correct answers on the OCR sheet because of the way the software is designed.
