I'm a soon-to-be PGY2. Any advice on doing well on my upcoming PRITE? Obviously, internship has been a year of mental atrophy (I know WAY less medicine but a LOT more about how to fill out the thousands of different forms I have to fill out to make anything happen in a hospital). Anyway, I want to do well and was wondering if there's a review book or something that y'all would suggest.

Thanks.

in my first year, everyone said, "bah! the Prite... who cares?" Now apparently it's becoming a Big Deal. Don't know about books--maybe board review books are decent prep? I'm not aware of a Prite review text out there, but you'd think someone would come up with one.

Getting old Prites is probably your best bet--ask your PD. We are doing a systematic review for the Prite this year--we'll divide it (somehow!) into 8 topics and the 3s & 4s will present it in class.

sorry, but what is a PRITE anyway?
