I recently heard back from SCO and they would like for me to shadow a private practitioner and obtain an additional letter of recommendation. I currently work as an optician and have worked amongst many doctors who are corporate practitioners, but they feel that I need to become more well rounded and exposed to another type of optometry. I was searching for a private practitioner in the New Orleans metropolitan area. Any suggestions?
