Problem registering for the OAT

I'm trying to register now and after I fill out the second page and hit the continue registration button, it says that the "Sum of finance percentages from sources must equal 100%." Under the financial section, I put 100% under loans and 0% for everything else. It still won't let me continue. What should I do? Also, what are semester hours? How do I calculate how many I have so far?
