Technology Problem with HotSync

I have a palm tungsten E. Everytime I try to synchronize my palm with my computer, it seems that the HotSync gets stuck at hte same spot. It says installing to card: bg_mono.pdb. Does anyone know what this is? I'm not trying to install anything new. If its not important, how can I delete this file so it doesn't have to be installed?

Please help!!!!!!!!
