Problem with TopScore

Due to the virus, my HD got screwed up. I reinstalled windows with new HD that I bought back in blackfriday sale. I installed TopScore program again, it won't work. So, I contacted the company and they said that I need to provide receipt for the HD. Well. Problem is that the original receipt was sent out for rebate purpose. If it was like BestBuy then yeah, I can go there and get another copy of receipt but it was small local store who writes up receipts on their PC and just print them out. I don't know why TopScore just won't give out whatevre the access # for me to make the program work. 😡

Why don't you just give them a copy of the receipt?

Did you have to send the original? Can you go back to that store and get another copy? Topscore just wants to know how long you've had the program active so you just don't keep requesting new activation codes when the old one expires.
