i just noticed that i have made a mistake on pharmcas...i typed the wrong year for my volunteering experience!!!!..this volunteering is mentioned 2 times in my application and the years for it are different in both places🙁 .....wud that look really really bad??? 🙁🙁🙁how can this be solved anyone know....this really sucks
all the school already have my application and i dont want them to think i am lying ( i actually have been invited for an interview ..and i am being so paranoid thinking they will ask me y i didn't get the years straight)

just admit your mistake if the interviewer asked about your volunteer work...you didn't commit a murder so relax......

You can email the school and let them know of the mistake and the correct date. I listed an incorrect phone number on my app, so I just emailed them the correct one...No problem.

Just explain to them that you've been busy with classes, the application process, etc. and you got the years mixed up. I'm sure they'll understand. Could you also go to the place(s) you volunteered at and explain to them what happened and ask if they would write up a paper/letter for you stating the dates and years you volunteered for them? That way if it came up as an issue you would have proof to back up what you are telling them?
