I recently I had somewhat of a "falling-out" with one of my LOR writers, who has yet to submit their LOR for me. Looking over the LOR requirements for schools I was going to submit that letter to, I've realized I can replace the letter with another (and Likely much stronger) LOR I already have, for all but one school. The school wants a letter from a supervisor (paid or volunteer) that can comment on list of characteristics sought by the school. This leaves me with two possible options: a grad student (now PhD) who supervised me in a lab for 2 years or an RN that technically supervised me at a job about 3 years ago. Suggestions as to which would be the better route to take?
Edit: If it matters the grad student is a social psychologist and his PhD supervisor is also submitting a LOR for me. Also, I know the RN very well I know that it would be a very solid LOR
