Currently i am a Junior pursuing his degree in psychology so i have taken some of the pre reqs but not many, this was the plan i had, if there is any issues let me know (I wanted to take most of the classes post-bac for the record at CC)

Completed so far: Psych, Developmental Psych, Stats and Psych Stats, 3 humanities, 3 English comp

Summer 2015 - A&P I -> A&P II
Summer 2016 - Principles of bio I -> Principles of Bio II
Fall 2016- Chem I, Physics I, Algebra and Trig
Winter 2016 - GRE???
Spring 2017 - Chem II & Physics II
Apply the following Cycle???

Seems like a good plan?

Looks good to me. Don't neglect observing at multiple settings along the way.

Agree with above - make sure you devote enought time to do well in classes but also don't forget to get quality observation hours at MULTIPLE settings.

If you're going to apply for the 2017-2018 cycle it seems like you've spaced out your classes in a manageable way. I'd advise that you take the classes you think you'll have the most trouble with over the summer so you only need to focus on those one at a time. I did that with physics and it definitely paid off (I actually ended up enjoying the class, which surprised the heck out of me!)

Also, don't forget about LORs. You'll definitely need one from a PT and it's very helpful to have one from a professor. Keep that in mind as you take these classes so they'll remember your name when you ask for a letter months (or even a year) after finishing their class.

Taking the GRE in the winter of '16 is a good plan if you think you'll be ready for it by then. That way if you don't do so hot, you'll have time to retake it. If you don't feel like you've studied enough for it by then, I think it would be fine to wait to take until the summer. You likely won't have time to retake it but it's better to pay once and do well than to pay twice just for the sake of taking it twice.
