Problems with Rescheduling October 07/08?

Hey everyone,

I am trying to reschedule my test which is on 10/10/07. Yesterday I got to the final conformation after entering my credit card and it said that there was a "error, try back again". Today, when I try to it says that my rescheduling period has ended. Even more strange is that if I go to test conformation, it says that no confirmation can be found.

Is their system down right now? If anyone has a scheduled test can you go to www.prometric.com and see if you can confirm your test?

All you need is 2 days ahead (48hrs) to reschedule, so, u will be fine. sometimes the auto sys will mess u up.
The best way is call prometric tomorrow morning and ask for assistant.
