Problems with USMLE World?

Anyone else experiencing problems using USMLE World lately? I've been using the Step II bank without any problems for the last 3 weeks. I have not been able to load a test successfully at all today. The program keeps locking up. I'd exit out and then go back to previous tests to try to access the test I wanted to do and it still locks up. I sent an e-mail to tech support, but thought I'd ask here if anyone is experiencing the same thing.

That happened to me constantly throughout my entire time studying.....always locked up so i had to close down the program and and re-boot it. A lot of my friends had the same issue as well. Hopefully they fix it soon because it got really frustrating towards the end...
