Hello all,

If one is an intern and decides to switch to a different field and one wants to pursue this via ERAS, do they get their ERAS token from their med school alma mater or their residency program's school? Also, are the LORs/answers pre-populated with last years application? Thanks so much for your time.

From your med school, not the school where you're doing your residency. And no, they're not pre-populated, like the AMCAS was. However, if you're an intern right now, your school probably still has your letters and can rescan them into the 2009 application.
