So basically I made my study schedule too unrealistic and I'm not going to come close to finishing it. I have over half of UW left and still have to read most of Secrets. I did UW throughout M3 so this is my 2nd run through it (at 72% for my 2nd run through) I did decently well on the shelf exams with a range of 82-94 for the raw scores.

Since I take CK in a week I took the UWSA today to see if I needed to delay my exam.

I scored a 231 on it. If I finish Secrets and do a few hundred more UW questions (not going to finish) do I have any shot at cracking 250?

Step 2 is largely a test on how much you picked up 3rd year, which is why i think retraining yourself with extensive uworld is the best way to prepare.

To make a 20 point jump you're going to have to get a test that really caters to you, and/or really fill in some gaps and algorithms in your knowledge.

A week is a long time for step 2. Secrets you can completely read in less than a day, or can easily be broken down into a few sections each night. I'd focus on blasting down through as much of world as you can and solidifying some of the big picture things you know you will get multiple questions on (e.g., trauma, obstetrics, URI, UTI, shock, and peds most commons).

Yeah the problem is that I finished Medicine in January so I've forgotten a decent amount.

Thanks for the advice. I don't need to crack 250 but it will be the only way I'll release my score so I was just curious if I had a shot

Some places may not rank you without seeing a score.
I'd think about this strategy.

Are you a DO student? If you are applying to osteopathic programs you don't have to release your USMLE score, but if you are a DO student applying to allopathic programs and you took the USMLE you have to report it.

No I'm a MD student. We don't have to report our CK scores if we take it after we submit ERAS (there are a few programs who require it but not interviewing at those)
