Professional experience and LOR section question

Hey, so during a brigade that I went on we done dental shadowing, dental education and a bunch of non dental volunteer work. I listed the dental shadowing under the dental experience and everything else under the ec/volunteer/ community service section. My question is should I also list the dental education under the dental experience section instead?

Also would it be viewed negatively if I obtained a letter from an OFMS that I only shadowed for 60 hours as opposed to dentists that I worked with for 2 years? (left the job in 2013 so I don't want to ask them)
