Professor Classification

One of my LOR came from my psychology professor and I was wondering if anyone knew if psychology professors are considered science professors? (the course I had with this prof was classified as a science class, but potential schools may not consider it as such).

If anyone could offer an opinion (or knows from experience) about this, I would love your feedback.

I would individually email/call each school and ask, they may all have different classifications for psychology.

This is definitely not a question for a forum. Nobody here is on an admissions committee, I could tell you one thing and be completely wrong. Like said above, you should contact the schools you are applying to and ask.
