I was curious what the faculty on the other end of the match are thinking about this current cycle. Are signals being used differently this cycle? I saw on the ERAS specialty dashboard that there are ~90 more USMD applicants this cycle, are programs feeling that? Also, is the pace of sending out interview invites different this year compared to last?
