Question that has come up a bit in recent months. If you are participating in the ABO's Internationally Trained Ophthalmologist Program (fellowship as some have named it), are you able to bill medicare?

In the past, Medicare required at minimum Board Eligibility. Don't see that answer anywhere.

Also, don't most insurances require eligibility?
