Program on probation?

hi,
my program was on probation a few years ago. i just found out about it a few days back, i was wondering if there is anyway to find out the specific reason as to why probation was given to the program? i don't think the program routinely violates work hours, didactics are not good but i don't think that's unique to my program. is there a database that would have this information? i think i found out about the probationary status via acgme site, but i could not find specific reasons.

No. The reason for probation is not publicly released. You'll need to ask the program if you really want to know.
