Programs in Chicago? Looking to transfer

Hi everyone!
Long story short, Im really looking for a way out of my program, but looking for one in Chicago. In addition to an unrealistic commute now, there are just too many aspects of my program that I do not like or respect.

Can anyone offer some insight?
