Programs with late app closing dates?

Are there any programs with a late closing date that don’t do rolling admissions?

I’d recommend looking at the available programs left on PTCAS and individually checking if they do rolling admissions. This may or may not help but Azusa Pacific University in California opened up applications for their Jan 2020 start class this past November. They do run on rolling admissions but they accept apps from now until May and from July to October. So you’d be applying relatively early on.
